Project summary
We would like to inform you about an exciting project in which we are involved in co-operation with our sales partner Gödde and their customer Tsubaki Kabelschlepp. The project involves the redesign of the packing table area at Tsubaki Kabelschlepp in 57482 Wenden and includes the installation of six electrically height-adjustable SYSTEM FLEX packing tables with integrated scales as well as the redesign of the workstation and packing table area in the dispatch area. In addition, two packing tables in the despatch area will be replaced by electrically height-adjustable SYSTEM FLEX packing tables.
On-site appointment and close dialogue:
At the end of May, our sales partner Gödde requested an on-site visit to Tsubaki Kabelschlepp in order to involve us as experts in the field of packing tables in this exciting project. During this visit, we held detailed discussions with the responsible employees at Tsubaki Kabelschlepp in order to record all requirements and wishes and discuss them directly on site.
Special challenges and solutions:
One of the particular challenges was to integrate packing stations with a width of 2.5 metres, taking into account the existing integration of scales and the space for the necessary accessories. In the despatch area, a changeover was also made from an under-table paper feed solution to a variant attached to the top of the packing table. Here we were able to quickly convince Tsubaki Kabelschlepp of our new heavy-duty attachment profile and successfully implement this innovative solution.
