Simply register and document goods
The heart of the DocumenTable is its photo function. It can be used to easily record goods and documents at the packing table in dispatch or goods receipt. By capturing and automatically assigning images, the DocumenTable speeds up the documentation process, which significantly increases efficiency and reduces the risk of errors.
In the first step, the DocumenTable's integrated scanner captures the delivery note number at the packing table in dispatch. Once the parcel (or an item in the parcel) has been packed, the camera is triggered by the button.
The images are labelled with the delivery note number and an exact date/time stamp so that they can be clearly assigned. The information created is stored in the internal memory (standard 25 GB) and can be retrieved individually or automatically via a network connection.
An integrated and clearly visible LED bar provides information about the status of the DocumenTable system at all times. It is also possible to scan other barcodes such as the order, job, parcel or customer number to identify the images.
The associated storage system is fully prepared and installed for the SYSTEM FLEX. It only needs to be connected to the power and IT network. Depending on the application situation, it can also be controlled via a (wireless) scanner directly at the packing table in the dispatch area instead of via the button.

Easy and flexible operation
The DocumenTable focusses on ease of use. The basis for linking the photograph and the consignment data is always a unique barcode, which reveals the consignment or delivery note number directly at the packing table system.
The first step is to place the parcel on the despatch table for recording. Then hold the barcode up to the scanner. Now trigger the recording of the parcel using a button, for example. The status display allows you to see at a glance whether the photo has been triggered and saved internally.
The recording is now saved with all the required data in the following format:
[DATE]_[TIME]_[BARCODE]
The time is specified to the second. For each parcel (or the same barcode), you can record several images at the packing table in dispatch without overwriting previous images. Each photo is given a unique file name with DocumenTable. This can be particularly helpful if, for example, you want to document several layers in a parcel individually.
