Hüdig + Rocholz GmbH & Co. KG changed its name to Rocholz GmbH on 1. June 2021, and as the next step merged with the metal contract manufacturer and table frame producer BLECHmanufaktur Rocholz GmbH on 1. July 2021.

Since last year, managing director Marc Rocholz has been the sole shareholder of the former Hüdig + Rocholz GmbH & Co. KG, and also the owner of BLECHmanufaktur Rocholz GmbH, which additionally produces Europe's widest range of table frames for offices, the restaurant trade and contract furnishing under the WAKI brand.

"The brands and companies Hüdig+Rocholz, BLECHmanufaktur and WAKI will become one. In this way, we are creating a strong connection of different core businesses," says Marc Rocholz, managing director of Rocholz GmbH, about the merger.

By merging the companies, "Rocholz GmbH is combining strengths and competences to be able to offer an even more attractive and broader product portfolio," Marc Rocholz continues. With a new logo and brand structure, Rocholz GmbH will offer everything from a single source: Packing tables, table frames, wrapping paper dispensers and sheet metal processing.
