LogiMAT 2024 – 19th - 21th March 2024 in Stuttgart!

Logistics workplace professional Rocholz to show investment-safe and user-friendly systems

At this year's LogiMAT, the international trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management in Stuttgart, Germany, Rocholz GmbH’s stand (Hall 5, Stand 5C05) will be focussing on humans. The shortage of skilled labour, the increasing complexity of tasks and the daunting market for digital technologies aimed to support employees are the current and long-term concerns in our logistics departments. In response, Rocholz GmbH is concentrating on workplace systems for logistics that provide holistic support for people so that they can work ergonomically and independently.

Ergonomics has always been a priority for the long-established German company, and it remains one of the most important factors for efficient work in logistics: "If you prevent back pain and other complaints, you will enable your employees to work happily and healthily, and future-proof your company at the same time," says Ralph Roth, Managing Director of Rocholz GmbH. The company's stand will therefore feature numerous ergonomic products that can be easily adapted to different activities and body heights, such as various lifting systems – electric and pneumatic – that not only bear loads, but also always offer the right working height. Rocholz offers two tools for analysing ergonomics in order to exploit the potential for improvement. A quick analysis using a smartphone, which provides initial indications of potential for improvement, and a holistic, sensor-based analysis of entire process chains that goes far beyond the packing table.

Customers and users not only trust in Rocholz GmbH as their experts for ergonomics; the workplace pro also backs well thought-out, tested and, above all, user-friendly systems for modern digital assistance systems that expand the logistics workplace into an ergonomic and efficient overall system. In line with this, at LogiMAT, Rocholz GmbH is integrating two projector-based assistance systems into its logistics tables, which project visual instructions onto the table top, and thus offer simple and functional support, enabling employees to work independently. Simple Assist and Smart Assist are particularly suitable for induction and training new employees in logistics. Complex work instructions can be easily managed and implemented with the AssisTable.

The basis for these and other technologies is the modular SYSTEM FLEX packing workplace, which can be retrofitted, expanded and digitally integrated at any time. SYSTEM FLEX also achieves individual ergonomics for each user: electrical height adjustment to adapt to different body sizes and processes, flexible and adjustable accessories such as shelves and holders. In combination with integrated, user-friendly additions, the packing table becomes a holistic and flexible system for ideal ergonomics and efficiency. Visitors will be able to experience such systems live: together with various cooperation partners, Rocholz GmbH will be presenting interactive analyses and investment-proof solutions.
